Job prospects around Nashville

I’m looking to move maybe within the year. Could keep my same job and switch to tele, but I’d prefer finding a local job. Anyone in the area that can give a good rundown of the main players around the city and rough averages for pay?

I looked there long ago as was from the area. Not sure about pay, but since it is a popular city and has a residency program, there are lots of psychiatrists already there. Telepsyc would bypass that. I was moving from another similar- sized city and avoided Nashville due to similar, terrible traffic and housing prices.
