Jobs with 2 years of residency + a license?

As the saying goes "when you're trying to outrun a bear you don't have to be the fastest person in the crowd - just don't be the slowest." Unfortunately the slowest guy was eaten earlier this year and the bear is still hungry. It looks like I'm next on the menu.

So - any clinical jobs out there for an EM guy with a license, 2 of 3 years of GME complete, good to great evals, and a resignation vs nonrenewal on the resume?
