Johns Hopkins requires 24 semester hours in humanities and social sciences. I'm doing a degree in Biomedical Engineering and there is realistically no way for me to fit that many classes into my schedule.

How dead set are they on that many hours? If I have 16 or so I can't imagine that being a death sentence?

What classes in this area do you have? Usually these classes are built into your degree( not your major) soc, psych, hist, Lang, eng, gov, etc. my husband was an EE and had no issues. I'm betting this can be stretched.

This doesn't seem like a very hard requirement to make. I actually kind of like it.
