No, seriously, it's not exactly as the thread title says, but Hopkins IS aiming to dramatically increase the number of medicare/medicaid patients they are turning away by twenty fold:

Haha darn, I guess I should have put something more dramatic in the title! "Johns Hopkins School of Medicine accepts 8 year old genius" or something.
