Army Joining reserves as a psychiatrist.

I am 5 years out of training and in the past 3 years have worked for DOD in the Army hospital. I have many active duty firends and some friends, but very few reservists. I have been offered to join APMC, as opposed to being assighned to the unit. I move very frequently so the idea of being a free agent is appealing, but at the same time I am not the moost organized person and it looks like with APMC you get very little support tracking everyhting and keeping your file organized. I can probabaly do my drills at the instalation that I am in now, so I cant imagine it being a very huge problem. Any advice?
