Joint EM/Administration Residency?

Hi,

I know this is super early, but I had a friend (current M2) mention to me that apparently there are some hospitals where its possible to do a joint EM/administration residency where you split your time I think 80% clinical and 20% office based for individuals interested in hospital administration.

As a current MD/MBA candidate interested in this sort of work, does anyone know where I might find more resources about this, or if its actually a thing?

Incase anyone else is wondering, several other programs offer some amalgamation of this arrangement, including:

Cooper (4 weeks elective)
Duke (entire program)
U Arizona (unmatched elective time)
