I need to move for residency and am looking to sublet my UVA apartment for June and July. I have a large bedroom with study area and my own bathroom. I share a common area and kitchen with 2 quiet female graduate students. Short walk to hospital, parking is never a problem, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Rent and utilities are bundled and will be $629 per month. There is an opportunity to also sign a full lease for next year. PM me with questions!
