Just found out I failed my NAPLEX... is "purchase rescore" worth it?

Hey guys, I just found out the devestating news that I failed my Naplex. I got a 72... supposedly.

So my question is, what exactly is "purchase rescore" option? Are they just going to rerun the answers via computer? Is it even worth the $100 price tag? For those who have done this before, do you recommend it? Did your scores change at all? Let me know and thanks in advance.

Does NABP have any stats on how often they've scored incorrectly? BPS has a rescore option for the board certs, but they also make it clear that zero errors have been found to date.
