has anyone received an interview invite for UCSF within the past week or so via email? I just recieved one and was wondering if anyone knew what is the status of the incoming class? Is it full, near capacity, any idea? Just wondering if I'm going to be interviewing for the actual class or a wait list. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of through the phone...Thanks!

hey! i just got an invitation too. i'm wondering the same thing too. anyone can answer this?

They wouldn't invite you now if it was too late. You may be competing for fewer spots but just blow them away at the interview!

got the invite last wed too. hope the class isnt full

when did you send in your application and when was it completed?

Its most likely not too late since the interview is in Jan (I am assuming) BUT!..... Last year they did send out interview invitations in late Feb/early March and said at the interview that the class was full, much to the dismay of the applicants.

Good luck!

So it looks like the date on the "under review" window on AADSAAS for UCSF changed (or was updated), yet I have not heard a word. Do they update this date every round? Did my application get reviewed already or is it still pending? Was this noticed by any of the applicants that received an interview or should I assume that the application has been reviewed and a thin letter will be in the mail shortly?

It is better to call Carmen to find out your application status.

Thanks, I checked with her - found out it didn't mean anything. My application is still "under review."
