I am just wondering how much time would you allow yourself to start practising for MCAT. How much do you need to be prepared?😛

for me, a good 4 months will prob be neccessary. Some people can do it in 1 or 2 months. It all depends on how comfortable you are with the material. If you got any doubts and are planning to take the april mcat this year then Id prob start now. Its better to have too much time than too little.
