A lot of information revealed about the Kaiser Business Model in this document. Kudos to Dr. Franck for trying to leave things in a better place than he found them. He's an inspiration for all health system-based MD/DO's.

Can you summarize what happend...I can't read that whole thing. I tried the first 5 pages and got bored...

I thought Kaiser docs were paid to not be very productive. Wasn't someone on here posting that they couldn't do procedures faster than every 30 minutes do to Kaiser rules. Sounded like a VA gig
 
I think certain specialites/departments are utilized to a greater degree. Probably regional variation as well. Medicaid expansion increased their volume.
 
I'm sure if every large corporate entity was examined, there would be similar findings. Particularly large ortho based corps..ie ortho Carolina, Rothman institute, etc etc
