How do you dress up for this? Should I wear a suit, or just a shirt and tie?

Also, how many other people typically audition at the same time?

my audition was really informal. i wore pedal pushers and an oxford shirt. don't get too dressed up-try to wear what you'd wear if you were actually teaching a class there (might not wear blue jeans though). i auditioned with abut 10 other people. just pick a good, fun topic that gets people involved and you'll be fine! good luck!

A suit would definitely be over-dressed, just some nice pants and shirt. There were about 6 people in my audition, it was very laid back, not stressful. I think almost everyone got hired.
