Yes, the Kaplan blue book does cover all the sections you need to know for the DAT, but you may want to supplement it with some other materials. I suggest the Schaum's outlines of biology, Chemistry, and Organic chemistry for more help with the sciences and Barron's DAT book for additional help with the PAT section. I would also for sure get Top Score Pro for some more accurate full length practice exams.
If you are willing to spend a little more you may also want to consider taking the Kaplan DAT class or DAT Destroyer.
