Kaplan explanations for the 150 released questions

Anyone else having trouble downloading them? I have been trying for a few days now and can't get them. Always gets stuck between the log in screen and where the actual pdf file is downloaded. Anywhere else to get these?

do you have to be a kaplan subscriber to get these files?
