Man, another typo in my test...
This question said basically what is the optimal pH for pepsin. It is 2, and I choose the graph that represented that. In my book that was letter C.
The answer key says it's B. It says "Therefore, a graph representing the optimal activity of pepsin as a function of pH would be centered around and have its peak at a pH of 2, and so choice B is correct and choice A, choice C, and choice D are wrong."
This is completely irritating. Another really weird typo. I don't understand how a printing process can be so flawed like this.
Maybe I'll post another picture like I did last time. 🙂
