I'm planning to take the Kaplan course but I keep hearing bad things about it, like the on site lectures are not worth it, the tutors are not great etc. and I don't want to pay $1999 for something which wont help me. So is there any one who recommends Kaplan or Princeton review?

FWIW I'm taking the online Kaplan course right now. The resources are great. The teachers are hit or miss. I am taking the online class instead of the in-person class, which I think is a better move. I don't have to drive downtown for class and also I feel like the teachers are better because they are selected (theoretically) for their quality over their geographic location.

I took Kaplan because I had a bad experience with Princeton Review years ago for SAT prep. I know 2 other people who have taken or are also taking Kaplan. Again, the great thing about Kaplan are the resource - content review, questions, quizzes, etc. If you can self-study then I think Kaplan would be a good bet, but I know nothing about TPR. Good luck.
