Kaplan Step 3 Qbook - difference between 4th (2008) and 3rd (2004) edition

Hi

Could somebody please tell me how much is the difference between 4th (2008) edition and 3rd (2004) edition of Kaplan USMLE Step 3 Qbook ?

Actually I already have 3rd edition. Not able to decide whether I should spend money to get 4th edition. Are there significant addition to 4th edition over 3rd edition ?
