Do you guys think is worth doing them? How do they compare to the real thing?
I just did pretty bad on one of them So I wanna know if I should even worry about it...

Use them as tests of your knowledge base. Imagine they are one of your exams for school. Then review all of the answers both correct and incorrect. Make sure that you got the correct one right for the correct reasons and not as a lucky guess.
