Kaplan USMLE Step 2 CK Lecture Notes

I have a set from 2005-2006, absolutely NO markings (highlights, underlines, circled answers etc). It's all the lecture notes plus QBook and assessment exams with explanations. In excellent condition. I also have the official exam CD from Kaplan.
