Some say Kaplan's practice exams (full-length) are harder than the AAMC's while Princeton Review's are easier (than the AAMC's). Others say Kaplan is the easiest, what's the deal?

The "deal" is that not everyone is as bright as everyone else. Test companies are known for making their tests either harder or easier than the real test for various reasons (mostly marketing). The consensus is that the AAMC exams are the most predictive of your actual score.
