Has anyone received an email recently about being considered after being placed on hold at KCOM? I wasn't given an interview, so I know this is not waitlist- can someone let me know what this entails?

I received the same email. I sent a reply that said that I had been accepted to UHS and would be attending school there in the fall. I assume it means that they have some seats left and are going to do some last minute interviews.

Hi. I am a soon-to-be third year KCOM student. I was placed on hold, thought I was doomed to being a high-school teacher and then outta nowhere was called and invited to interview in June. I came up and interviewed, all the while assuming that I was interviewing for a wait-list spot. 3 days later, got a phone call saying I was accepted.

There's no way of knowing how it came to be that you were contacted. It could be that some folks who originally accepted have very recently backed out, or something like that, making room in the class for a few more. If you wanna be accepted at KCOM, this is a great opportunity.
