KCU-Joplin vs NYIT-AR

I’ve been accepted to NYITCOM in Arkansas and recently been accepted to KCU Joplin campus. KCU was my 1st choice school and NYITCOM-AR was my 3rd choice. I got accepted to NYIT in October and was waitlisted to KCU (twice) and just got pulled off the waitlist yesterday. I’ve paid for my deposit and everything to NYIT, found a roommate and apartment. I do like NYIT but KCU was my number 1 choice. Is KCU-Joplin worth going to over NYIT-AR? I’m having trouble listing pros and cons for each since they are both branch campuses off of established schools. KCU tuition is 10K less than NYIT.
