Hi fellow med students,
I am looking for 2-3 (3 max) medical students from Keck to rent my home during the school year (or perhaps even in the summer if you need to stay longer) for the next 3 years. My program has me living in Ohio for the next three years, but I do prefer to come home in the summers. I am flexible, though.
It's a great location: 3 blocks to the Monrovia Metro Gold Line (30 minutes to Union Station), then you just take the USC shuttle to campus. It's 3-bedroom (one is smaller, so a good office space), on a private road, with central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood. It's mostly furnished and all furniture does need to stay. No pets or smoking.
You can also see it on Zillow, or I can email more photos. It's $2,800/month all utilities except cable included (gas, electric, water, gardener, trash). One month's rent serves as deposit.
