For this one, is the answer B because grade level peers have a greater effect, thus it would be easier to just target all students instead of picking out individual marijuana users? since trying to pick out individual marijuana users among all grade level peers would be too hard?

This question is testing your ability to interpret raw data. The results of Study 2 indicate that individuals statistically have a 4.4% increase in the likelihood of pot usage for every 10% increase of usage in their GL-peers. This same increase in usage among N-peers elicits a 2.8% increase in individual likelihood.

By knowing this, the administration is better off targeting the entire school population vice a specific group...
