Kings county gpr 4 PPIs?

hey guys this may be a really dumb question but I'm applying to residencies and noticed that on the adea pass search that kings county needs 4 PPIs while all the other gprs just need 3. Does anyone know if this is a mistake or if it is just a recommendation? Because I want to submit my app now because I have 3 ppis and 2 pefs ready but if kings needs 4 will they not even consider my app if it just has 3 ppis?
