Kiwi/Aussie Dentists Practicing in the U.S.?

I'm a Kiwi dentist, been in the States almost ten years. I'm wondering if there are any Aussie/Kiwi dentists in the U.S. who are planning to return when their "time" is up? Is ten years too much of a time spent outside of home to return? I've been checking www.djs.com.au and getting really tempted!
