I would like to say in the most civilised and sober way:

Klebsiella is unprofessional. His posts are not in keeping with the rules of SDN, which prohibit personal attacks.

Not that I disagree w/ you, but I think that SDN rules also prohibit posting the same thread in two different forums. :)

If Klebsiella is bothering you, try taking Cefazolin or Cephalexin; that should make him go away.

•wait klebsiella is the name of a bacteria?•••••Yes Klebsiella (of which K. pneumoniae is the most common species) is a encapsulated gram-negative rod responsible for hospital-acquired bronchopneumonia in the immunocompromised and alcoholics, nosocomially acquired bacteremia, UTI & pyelonephritis, and rarer conditions such as peritonitis, and chronic otitis media....etc.

You can tell I need a break from studing for USMLE, right?
