Hi guys
Just posting something that just pop out to my mind. As far as I know that Klinefelter's syndrome presents with seminiferous tubules' dysfunction, with Leydig and Sertoli cells malfunctioning(Decline in testosterone and inhibin B). Now I'm wondering, if the function of Sertoli isn't right, is it possible that MIF secretion is diminished as well, resulting in a man present with female internal genitalia(eg. ovary, uterus...)?
Thanks
