Know of any good regional/ultrasound conferences that I could attend?

I'm interested in learning more about doing peripheral nerve blocks with ultrasound, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a conference/workshop that they attended that they would recommend. I've seen a bunch of websites advertising workshops, but I was wondering which ones were more useful and practical.

In particular, has anyone attended the Healthstream Regional Conference? This year it's in Washington DC in April, and it's also sponsored by Dina Soliman. Just wondering if it's worth the money. The website is https://www.signup4.net/public/ap.aspx?EID=DRAF333E&OID=50
