Anyone know anything about the IM program at KUMC? I've heard it has some good fellowships. I just saw that there is an astronomical proportion of them taking their own residents. Why is this? Do the residents like the program so much they just stay on and do fellowships?

It was rather intriguing for me..never saw such stats with any other program.
