Cumulative and pre-req GPA's aside, I know that some programs also take into consideration upper division GPA, or the GPA of your last 60 credits. How is this defined? Is ithe last 60 credits I took chronologically speaking, or is it the courses taken whose course numbers begin with 3 or 4 because they are necessarily junior or senior level college courses?

Thanks.

What I mean is, if I am a senior and in my very last class I just took a freshman course like ENG 1101, does this count in that GPA of the last 60 credits?

It's chronological. PTCAS does also calculate upper division GPA, but I'm not sure if they actually send that information out to schools if they do not specifically request it.

Thanks very much for the info. I will also ask PTCAS that on Twitter and will report my results.
