New thread here. It will probably die out, but it might be helpful somewhat. Curious what the absolute last day that schools will be interviewing. I wante exact dates, not "I heard from a friend that XXX school stops interviewing in march" State exactly where you got the info if you put it down Thie will give people a rough idea of when to give up on certain schools. Here are the two I know of. NYU is from Scooby trying to schedual and Peen is from Choker, who I think called the admissions office (back me up pls?)

Jason Graff, from Harvard Admissions, e-mailed
me saying that they will interview until the middle of February. Cathy Cabrera from Cornell
Admissions said that they will be interviewing
through mid to late March. Sorry none of them
gave me exact dates.
 
That mid-Feburary for Harvard sounds rather conservative. Very few people have reported hearing from Harvard so I imagined they would interview until later, oh well.
 
...I hope its a conservative estimate too !
 
I can't imagine Harvard will only interview through Feb. They got such a late start so I hope not.

Mt. Sinai told me they will interview through the end of April.

I'm not recording the march dates because those schools are not as relavant as the closer dates. Those might change somewhat. SO far we have

Ms. Miller-Wasik from BCM Admissions told me Baylor would be done at the end of Feb.
 
i had my harvard interview on 12/18 and they told me at that time that they were extremely behind but they would be adding extra interview days and interviewing on weekends too, in order to catch up to where they usually are in previous years.

so while mid Feb does sound conservative, it might be true.
 
The University of Florida said that the last day for their interviews will be March 15.
 
I was at Harvard on 1/25 and they said that they will be interviewing through late Feb.(sorry, no specific date) Final decision letters should be sent out on 3/14.
 
I called admissions offices today:

medcow told me mid may
slu said through the end of april

and that's the best I could get out of 'em. 😛

Thanks again SMW for keeping up the posts. I'm going to try and organize the list a bit so that we have the months that schools will stop interviewing. I feel the march and April ones might change for a lot of schools, so this would make for a more accurate list for the near schools. I'm sure some secretaries don't want to talk much so they give the knee jerk response of mid march, even though they are behind a month and probably would go until early april.
Oh yeah, and schools that are done get moved to the very bottom.

i called a couple admissions offices today.
Stanford will interview through May.
Wash U will send out interview invites through mid-to-late Feb.
Yale will interview until mid-March.
 
i called columbia and they said they're sending out ALL decisions in mid-Feb. i am guessing this means that they will be completely done interviewing in early Feb.
 
Duke's last day is March 1, 2002.
 
Does anyone know about Creighton's last interview date?

Sorry! I take back the Loyola date. I guess they just gave me a date by which I had to schedule. I will delete my posts and please remove it from the list next time someone cuts and pastes.

Today a person from WashU Admissions told me
that they will be SENDING OUT secondaries
until the middle of February. This of course
does not indicate when they will stop scheduling
interviews, but it probably means that they
will be interviewing until late February.
