Late late submitter (submitting in late October)

Due to various reasons, i can't submit my app until late october, i know my chances will be almost 0%, but i have seen people pulling off november submits from last year.

For the LORs i already got, can i just submit them to AADSAS now even though i have yet paid any fees? will they hold on to the app and LORs for me?

aadsas will hold on to everything until you are ready to submit. as long as aadsas gets their $$$$ they're happy.
