Hi all,

Just wondering, if a pharmacist’s spouse is a doctor, can the pharmacist verify and dispense a narcotic prescription for a patient that brings in a prescription that is prescribed by the pharmacist’s spouse? Is there any law against that? I’m in California by the way. Does anyone know what the DEA would think of this?

Thanks!
