For those who have interviewed, do schools put a whole lot of emphasis on leadership skills? I was very active in high school: Captain of Varsity Tennis Team, Treasurer of a Club, Charity events organizer. But ever since I entered college, I am still involved in extracurricular activities but I don't have any leadership positions.

My question is does it really matter what position you are? or as long as you are involved they think its fine?

i haven't interviewed yet..but if you can highlight some other qualities you've developed from those activities that'll be fine too. doesn't have to be be leadership, but also learning to work together, organization, problem-solve as a team, etc. are good too
