Hi,

I wonder what do medical schools mean by leadership skills? Do they mean you have to be a high officer of a club to become a leader?

Organizing something. Could be organizing rallies, meetings, volunteers, workplace shifts, etc.

You could start something... or you could manage something already there.

Leaders take responsibility, set standards, designate tasks, are sure the job is done right. Peer leadership is preferred, but workplace leadership is fine, too. There are many ways to be a leader without running for office.

Worst-case scenario: WoW guild leader.

Hey, I did it.
