Which school is better? What are the stats to get in? Class size? Graduation and acceptance rate?

I'm not a DO, so I do not know details about which is "better" (don't think anyone can answer that); but I worked in medicine in FL before med school & my dad's a preceptor for NSU med students.

NSU docs are all over the state. NSU does have great connections/graduate medical educational opportunities (aka, DO residencies) throughout FL. So, if you want to stay in FL, NSU would be a good bet.

I believe NSU has harder stats for acceptance. (don't ask me for them, you should be able to search it somewhere on the net). But has the better living location

On the other hand, LECOM has lower tuition.

Good luck

You might be able to get more input if you post this in the pre-DO forum.

OP, feel free to send me a message. I'm an M2 at NSU-COM.

Also, there are numerous threads discussing LECOM-B vs NSU-COM. Take a look at those threads. I found them useful.
