LECOM Erie vs MSUCOM (OOS) vs Rowan SOM (OOS)

I am an OOS applicant having trouble deciding between LECOM Erie, MSUCOM (East Lansing location), and Rowan SOM. LECOM is ~36k tuition vs. MSUCOM/Rowan which are ~65k+, and I'm not sure if it's worth shelling out an extra 30k a year for these two schools. I'm also having trouble differentiating Rowan and MSUCOM in terms of rotations, residency opportunities, etc. Cost is not necessarily a big factor, but I don't want to be wasteful. I'm also curious about the locations for the schools, and would appreciate any insight.

Note: I am aware of LECOM's dress code and lecture policies, and don't mind them. Also I got in for LDP, not PBL.
