Legal counsel from two attorneys advised to answer no for the employment app due to language of documentation, however, this will give rise to an inconsistency with licensure board if ever "exposed."

Anyone have any advice or experience with this? Thanks in advance.
You have 2 attorneys that have given you legal advice. I'm assuming you are able to say "The question was answered on the advice of counsel". Why in the world are you now going to an anonymous forum to get legal advice?

Typically it is the other way around (forum question first then someone asks an attorney because they realize that it is their future at stake).

I was inquiring about personal experiences with the situation. I respect attorney advice, obviously.

Man, yall are vicious. Understand that sometimes people are scared and look to potential colleagues for personal experience as corroboration or comfort.

Thanks though.
Vicious - 1. deliberately cruel or violent. 2. immoral.

The replies in this thread were neither.
