I just wanted to compare some dates for lengths of first year.

U Minnesota: Aug 15 - June 27

Wow! I knew I got screwed, but I didn't realize just how bad. That's 2 full months shorter than my 1st year. When do you start 2nd year?

I'm with Hercules and man do we ever get screwed at UAB! I knew our first year went long, but until reading ther rest of your posts I didn't realize how long.

We started Orientation on July 29 and round out the first year on June 14. That means it's just 3 short weeks till I hit the beach. At least we get a decent summer (keep in mind that it is the last one of our lives). We start back on September 2.
