Where is the best place to look to find the different lengths of time that specific medical specialties or sub-specialties will take? (length of residency...)

FRIEDA (a service run by the AMA) - go to the AMA website (www.ama-assn.org) and follow the links

The ACGME website (www.acgme.org)
