When is the best time send a Letter of Intent to your number one school where you interviewed? Would it be best to send it before they begin post dec interviews or wait until after the first of the year?

Send one after you finish this semester. This way you have more to talk about and can tell them how your classes went + all the shadowing and volunteering you did between interviewing and now.
Well since I am in a Gap year, I really only have my job to talk about. I guess I could reiterate some other things...
