I submitted mine already about 1 month ago! I think I may also e-mail my interviewers too.

why are u sending a letter to your interviewers? Shouldnt u send one to the admission's panel? Its not like the interviewers ( who are usually profs or students ) can change what they wrote on their review of you as an applicant. They dont have the time and most likely dont remember u at all.
