Letter of interest appropriate?

I've interviewed at 3 schools now; OSU put me on their alternate list, U of Maryland and Georgetown have not said anything yet.

Should I write G-town and U of M letters of interest, or should I wait until they actually stick me on a waitlist? Thanks for any help...

I know Georgetown is really interested in accepting those applicants that want to go there. I would suggest you write a letter of interest stating how much you liked the school and why you would be a good match. I wrote one pre-interview, which was added to my file...than got invited to interview and than was accepted...
