If I have not been given a opportunity to interview a school, should I send a letter of interest to the respective admissions before December or after the first round of acceptance or wait all together for post December invites? Thank you in advance

You applying to the school shows them your interested. You interviewing with them gives you the chance to explain what about their interests you.
