Letter of Rec Poll- 1 or 2 Oph letters (out of the 3 total)

I've heard different things from different people and would love to hear what the majority think on here about this.

Out of the 3 letters needed for Ophthalmology, some say get 2 from Ophthalmology people and 1 from a Non-Ophthalmology person (Int. Med, or Surg). Others say get 1 from Ophthalmology and 2 from Non-Ophthalmology sources. Which is better? Or does it even matter?
