Letter of Rec when the author has a new job?

In the AMCAS portal, I'm trying to add a LOR for my supervisor from a clinic I worked in. However, this person is no longer working at the clinic and at another hospital.

School Name, Title, Organization Name.

Should these be current or from their previous job (when I was working with them)?
