letter of recommendation would be written by the dentist you work with or observe with.
i want to suggest you to write some points as below
1) your achievements till now which is in knowledge of your dentist.
2) your sincerity,dedication and interest in the field.
3) communication skills.
4)Ultimate goal as a dentist and your efforts for the same.
