You're fine. If schools need a signed version, they'll contact you and it won't hurt you.
 
I agree with above, the school will request a signed one if needed

Hi guys, I have 1 more question. How important is the letterhead? What if the letter is sent w/o the letterhead?
 
Most schools would require an official letter and a hand-written signature. Most letter writers are aware of that by default.
I think reading a letter with letterhead and signature shows professionalism and formality, but I understand how some writers don't have access to any letterhead.
At the very least, one should sign a LOR when he/she writes one.
 
Some schools are very strict about this. MSU and MAYO come to mind.
