Letters of recommendations

Hello all, I have a quick question about my LORs. I can have good LORs from my Anatomy professor and Gen Chem professor, but can I use a professor I had for Public Health for the non-science LOR? In addition to that would it be a good idea to have a pharmacist write me a LOR? We have a good relationship and can speak on a number of interactions I have had with patients in an underserved area. Could I also have a former employer write me a LOR that can speak strongly on my leadership skills in a skilled nursing setting?

Any clarifications would be appreciated.
